Join rising star in the paper art world, Carrie Birch for this three hour class in which you will create two colourful interpretations of Australian botanical designs, at the Hub Workshop Studio on Wharf Street, Tweed Heads.

Learn the simple techniques Carrie uses to create her uniquely intricate and colourful paper creations. This class is open to anyone with a creatively inquisitive mind who is interested in exploring the capabilities of paper.

Carrie has partnered with Workshop Sisters located at 20 Dayboro Road, Petrie to teach her skill set to a broader audience.

This introductory "Aussie Botanicals" class will include Afternoon Tea.

Participants will create two 3D paper Australian botanical inspired designs from Carrie's "Aussie Botanicals" series. They will learn to cut and shape paper to create beautiful 3D paper artworks. Each participant will frame one of their pieces, ready to display or be gifted onto someone special.
