With winter settling in, now is the time for those over 50 to revamp their wellbeing and fitness routine to carry you throughout the winter months.
Take the first step by joining us for our new Culture & Care program, featuring three unique themed sessions held over the 3 last Tuesdays in June.
Each fun and engaging session includes a feel-good 30-minute fitness class from traditional exercise routines (including Tai Chi and Yoga), a through-provoking 30-minute health & wellbeing seminar covering everything from boosting brain health and reducing the risk of dementia, to staying active and independent, and let's not forget the free lunch, tea and coffee - the perfect opportunity to get to know other participants while enjoying delicious food!
Come for one session or join us for all three - all are welcome!
