Non-alcoholic Distillery Tour & Class

Brunswick Aces created Australia's first non-alcoholic gin (sapiir) in 2017, before opening Australia's first non-alcoholic bar and distillery in 2021.

Join us for a 2 hour behind the scenes tour of the facility, learn how non-alcoholic sapiir is made, meet our team and take part in a non-alcoholic cocktail-making class. Leave confident in your ability to make delicious cocktails and impress family and friends with you knowledge of non-alcoholic drinks.

After the session, you can stay in the bar area and enjoy our extensive list of Australian non-alcoholic beers, wines and cocktails.
