This Sunday Picnic are celebrating some of Sydney’s most crucial players down at Opera Bar. As always, head down from 3 PM to 10 PM for the goodest of harbourside times.

Up top we’ve got the inimitable Simon Caldwell. Legend of legends, a true dance floor hero, he’s been at the top of the Sydney party ladder for decades, and he’s not going anywhere. He’ll be joined by our favourite French duo, Grand Jeté and Caravan, who link up for one of their notoriously fun back-to-backs, and we’ve also got Freda’s power couple Carla Uriarte and DJ Salami busting out the good times as well. Everybody wins.

Art for Picnic Social comes from the incomparable Sydney via Venezuelan artist Nadia Hernández. Her visual arts practice is informed specifically by the current political climate of her home country and her diasporic experience as a Venezuelan woman living abroad. Accompanying the original design for Picnic Social is a 3D treatment from one of our favourite multifaceted talents Mikaela Stafford.
