Jump on the bus and head for the Ration Shed Museum. Be guided by Indigenous Elders while you explore Indigenous symbols and meaning, read stories of strong women past and present and learn what life was like for Indigenous people living under ‘The Act’.

Bus will be leaving from the Gympie Regional Gallery. Please arrive fifteen minutes before set off time.

Part of 'Connecting Stories', a first of its kind cross-regional project showcasing First Nations art and culture through exhibitions, public art trails, tours, workshops, artist talks and events across six local governments within the SEQ North region. 'Connecting Stories' has been developed through a partnership between Creative Arts Alliance as part of the Regional Arts Services Network, Blaklash Creative and members of the SEQN Galleries Network - Gympie Regional Art Gallery, Noosa Regional Gallery, Caloundra Regional Gallery, USC Art Gallery, Moreton Bay Regional Galleries, The Condensery: Somerset Regional Art Gallery and Redland Art Gallery.
