Sae Creative Workshops - Perth Campus

SAE Perth is opening its doors this January for the SAE Creative Workshops, a three-day program to expand your skills and get you working on inspiring creative projects in the fields of Animation, Audio, Design, Film, Games, or Music Production.

Are you creatively inclined and thinking about studying creative media? Get behind the scenes and explore your passion in this fun and interactive school holiday activity.

Don’t miss out on your chance to experience life as an SAE student, and discover what it means to be a creative professional in state-of-the-art facilities with industry experts by your side. During the three day workshops, attendees will learn valuable practical and collaborative skills as they work towards building a creative piece of work! They will also receive a certificate of participation to acknowledge the creative projects they have undertaken.

Due to the tertiary level of the workshop content, this event is open to anyone aged 15 years and above (Year 10 and over).

Spaces for this event are extremely limited.
All workshop types run at the same time each day, therefore only one workshop type can be attended by an individual.

Workshops
Animation - Learn practical skills used in 2D animation & 3D modelling, and apply visual effects to bring your animated rocket ship design to life!

Audio - Record a band and mix a song in our world-class studios. Learn traditional and modern production techniques and create sound effects for film!

Design - Learn skills used in graphic design to develop your very own brand story! Create your own logo, animated GIF, and social media visuals.

Film - Jump on set, plan, shoot and edit with industry-standard cameras and equipment to bring a film script to life!

Games - Learn everything from storyline development to sound effect creation as you develop your very own adventure game!

Music Production - Experience life as a music producer and create a track! Learn to arrange, track and mix using our industry-standard software!
