Sound Meditation session with Crystal Singing Bowls and Chakra Chimes.

Come and experience an hour of stillness and inner peace flowing with the angelic sounds of the Crystal Bowls and chimes.

Due to Covid Restrictions, we are asking all participants to bring along their own blanket, head cushion & towel or yoga mat to cover a meditation mat. Plus if you have an eye pillow that would also be a great idea (although not essential). Plus if you have your own bolster bring that along or use a rolled-up towel or blanket instead of a bolster.

Equipment provided—soft meditation mat.
