WA’s only dedicated SOUNDGARDEN tribute band, SUPERUNKNOWN are set to celebrate the 30th ANNIVERSARY of the 1991 critically album “BADMOTORFINGER” at BADLANDS BAR on SATURDAY 13 NOVEMBER with special guests ALICE IN A NUTSHELL & INNCNT CRIMINALS performing the best of Alice In Chains & Silverchair.

"Badmotorfinger" was the first Soundgarden album to feature bassist Ben Shepherd, completing the classic lineup of the band. Released on October 8, 1991, it went double platinum and was nominated for a Grammy for Best Metal Performance.

The album, which spawned four singles, attracted critical applause from all over the world. NME called it “stripped-down, lithe and lethal”, Allmusic called it ” “heavy, challenging hard rock full of intellectual sensibility and complex band interplay”.

With recent sold-out appearances at Perth tribute nights Grungefest, Freopalooza and Rock Party Perth, SUPERUNKOWN pay homage to one of alternative rock's all-time great albums, when they perform “Badmotorfinger” from start to finish, plus a set of Soundgarden classic cuts.
