John Montesante Quintet is delighted to feature all-round singer-entertainer, TRACY BARTRAM on Dec 30, upstairs at the Golden Gate Hotel. Master guitarist CRAIG FERMANIS, shall also feature on this special evening to wind up the jazz year

Tracy Bartram has been singing since she arrived in Australia from London as a 3-year-old. She started incorporating music into her one-woman shows from 1992, beginning with parodies of pop songs. Music-based shows followed with sell-out seasons at Melbourne’s Chapel Off Chapel, The Athenaeum, The Malthouse and the prestigious Adelaide Fringe & Edinburgh Fringe.

In 2009, Tracy formed a Jazz Ensemble, performing with the best musicians in town and had a 3-year jazz residency at Dizzy's, along with other appearances. Tracy is also well known as a radio broadcaster on Fox FM, Mix FM and The ABC, as well as an exceptional keynote speaker and has been called the best MC in the country - a title she is happy to own.

Guitarist Craig Fermanis has shared the stage with a diverse artists including Ricki Lee Jones, Mavis Staples, Mary Wilson (The Supremes), Tim Ries & Bernard Fowler (The Rolling Stones Band), Vince Jones, Joss Stone, Archie Roach, James Morrison, Paul Grabowsky, Kate Ceberano, Christine Anu, and The MSO. He has also performed in bandleader John's bands, Grand WaZoo and M Jazz Dectet.

Joining them in the all-star lineup are John McCall, Tom Lee, David Hicks and John Montesante.
