Join us for an unforgettable evening at Variety Tasmania's fabulous Variety of Chefs Gala Evening, as we celebrate the best our beautiful Isle has to offer.

You’ll be treated to a four-course degustation banquet, made with premium Tasmanian produce and crafted by accomplished Tasmanian Chefs Markella Koutalidi, Andre Kropp and Brownwyn Strange.
Each course will be matched with delicious Tassie beverages from award-winning estates including Derwent Estate, Bream Creek Vineyard and Nocton Vineyard.

Be entertained by two of Tasmania’s most loved personalities, The Chef and the Showman duo John X and Paul Foreman, as your MC's and be inspired by our guest speakers.

Enjoy live music by the Royal Australian Army Band Tasmania.

We'll have some unique and bespoke auction items, including beautiful jewellery and specially made art pieces by Tasmanian artists and designers.
