Learn to Weave on an Embroidery Hood - its easy and fun.

Come by yourself or bring a friend and join in an afternoon of frivolity at Bright Eyes Cafe, Brooke st Pier, have a glass of wine and learn to weave on an embroidery hoop. It’s one of the easiest, fastest, cheapest and most effective ways to begin your journey into weaving.

I will show you how to warp up the hoop and weave your way to a wall decoration that can be either left on your hoop or removed to turn your finished weaving into a coaster or a table centrepiece.

All materials will be supplied including all threads and fibres, a 23cm embroidery hoop and a glass of wine (soft drink or coffee/tea if you prefer) to get you going.

The cafe will also be open and additional drinks and light snacks will be available for you to purchase.
