This will be a special screening of this award-winning film, with a presentation and Q&A by the writer and anthropologist Peter Yates as well as Murrawari - Budgiti Man, Bruce Shillingsworth from Brewarrina.

When the River Runs Dry exposes the failures and abuses of the government Murray -Darling Basin Plan, a plan supposedly to equitably allocate water rights among business, to 40 Indigenous communities and also to sustain the environment.
