Wilbur Wilde features with JMQ Jazz Ensemble

Outstanding Singer-Saxophonist WILBUR WILDE will be featuring with John Montesante Quintet, UPSTAIRS at the welcoming Golden Gate Hotel, South Melbourne on *WEDNESDAY, DEC 15, 2021 at 7pm.

Wilbur has had a long and stellar career on stage, television, radio and as a touring celebrity artist. He and bandleader John have been pals for over 40 years, since teenage Wilbur auditioned for a band John was part of. Then in the late 70s, they toured together with 'Jo Jo Zep & The Falcons', where they practised Jazz together in motel rooms, between shows. Subsequently, they have performed across genres, and in recent years, mainly Jazz with JMQ Jazz Ensemble.
