Wilbur Wilde 'Raising Standards'

MEMO is excited to present saxophonist and singer Wilbur Wilde, as he celebrates forty-nine years of Musicianing as one of the greats of the Australian Jazz scene.

Coming to the Ruby Carter Jazz Lounge, Wilbur is particularly enthused at performing live in this fantastic sounding room and he will be surrounded by some of the finest cats in the country.
Joining him will be Eugene Ball (Trumpet) Mike Jordan (Drums and Cymbals), Phillip Rex (Bass) and Mark Fitzgibbon (Piano).

Over the years, Wilbur has performed with some of the biggest names in music including Skyhooks, Elvis Costello, Tom Jones, Split Enz, Roy Orbison, Cold Chisel, Dire Straits, the Angels, Dragon and James Reyne.
