Yin Yoga to Ease Neck & Shoulder Pain

Neck & shoulder pain is very common and can make getting through the day without wincing very challenging.

It may make general tasks which you need your arms out in front of you like typing on a computer, lifting, cooking or driving, quite painful.

Yin yoga stretches help to correct the body’s alignment and ease unnecessary soreness and tension from the neck and shoulders reducing inflammation and increasing movement.

In this 4 week workshop, you will be guided through Yin Yoga sequences that have been carefully designed to alleviate tension from the neck and shoulders.

What Is Yin Yoga:
Yin Yoga is a slow floor-based yoga practice that helps to release deep-held tension in the body and mind. The long-held poses, breath work and meditation help you to relax into each pose reducing stress. relieving tired sore bodies and promoting.

What to Expect:
Yin Yoga Lower Back Series is a 4-week workshop meeting once weekly for a 90-minute class.
Each week you will be guided through a Yin Yoga sequence that has been carefully designed to alleviate symptoms of lower back pain and help treat the stress that accompanies it.

Who Are These Classes For:
Whether you have never practiced yoga before or are a seasoned yogi this weekly workshop will benefit your sore tired back.

Pricing is the total for all 4 classes in the workshop total.

What to Bring:
- Wear something comfortable and easy to move in.
- Bring a light throw or towel to cover the bolster.
- Bring a bottle of water.
- Blanket or some warm clothing incase it gets cold - not essential.
- A small head pillow if you would like extra head support - not essential.

*If you have any existing health conditions or injuries, please consult with your GP/ physiotherapist and get medical approval before partaking this class.

*Lastly bring an open mind, an open heart & a smile

Do I need to bring a mat or props?
All mats and props are provided although if you wish to bring your own you are most welcome to. Please bring a towel to cover bolsters.

Is this class suitable for beginners?
This is a great class for beginners.
