Start your weekend off with a whole-body workout of a different kind led by international award winners, ex-AFL star and local legends.

In this part workshop, part workout, you'll gain practical insights into being your best across physical strength and fitness, nutrition and mindset.

Get practical insights from the following:

- Hunter Johnson, CEO at The Man Cave and STUFF
- Psychologist and ex-AFL footballer, Ed Barlow
- Meditation teacher, therapist and community-builder, Al Jeffrey
- Rebecca Hall, Health and Wellbeing Coach

Agenda
8:30: arrive for a coffee and chat
8:50: light meditation (nothing scary!)
9:00: panel start
10:30: panel finish
10:45: workout (boxing circuit or floor pilates, your choice!)
