Adventure Bay Mini-Retreat

Join us in Adventure Bay, Bruny Island for an overnight mini-retreat. You will get a taste of retreat life, with all activities included: yoga, meditation, breathwork, ocean dips, hiking and stargazing.

Designed to be flexible, you can choose your own adventure based on your preferences and budget: camp or stay in a cabin at Captain Cook Holiday Park, or rent your own place at one of the many holiday homes and B&Bs in Adventure Bay. Bring your own food or explore the many gourmet food options on Bruny Island.

Saturday 12 February, starts 9.30am
Morning flow yoga on the beach
Breathwork and ocean dip
Lunch (at own expense)
Nature walk
Yin Yoga
BBQ dinner (BYO)
Stargazing and meditation

Sunday 13 February, ends at 10.00am
Morning yoga and meditation on the beach

$175 per person includes all activities. Meals and accommodation at your own expense.
