Angel Strings at High Church

Angel Strings present two stunning concerts...

Join us from 6.30 to 7.30pm for a special classical set, including Spring by Vivaldi / Max Richter, works by Olafur Arnalds and Philip Glass, plus some Bellini, Caccini, Ravel and Piazzolla.

Then get your pop on from 8 to 9pm as we play Coldplay, Taylor Swift, Sam Smith, Billie Eilish, Sigur Rós and Rihanna. If you like the music from the TV series Bridgerton, this is for you.

Drinks and antipasto platters will be available before and after each show while you enjoy the beautifully lit High Church and terrace.

Come to one show or come to both. $40 per set + GST & BF.

Parking available at Howard Smith Wharves, at Brunswick Central or on the street.

About Angel Strings…
Having played to over ten thousand people as part of the recent Candlelight Concerts series, Angel Strings are keen to keep the music coming.

Regular performers of a rich classical repertoire, Angel Strings have also developed a reputation for their edgy renditions of modern works and pop/rock arrangements. They have played for the re-opening of Brisbane City Hall, at the Woodford Folk Festival, with Guy Sebastian and with Persian artist MOEIN.
Individual ‘Angels’ have performed with the Queensland Symphony and Pops Orchestras, Opera Queensland, Il Divo, Kanye West, Eminem, Vera Blue, and Archie Roach.
The Angels have somehow also featured in Dubai fashion magazine ‘Mojeh’!
