As a child, Annie attended more funerals than birthday parties. As a teenager, she had a near-death experience. As an adult, she worked at a funeral home during a pandemic. Having been brought up in a culture that keeps death on the down low, Annie is about to blow the coffin wide open.
This brand-new hour of stand-up, storytelling and surprises is delivered in Annie’s signature style and directed by the Melbourne International Comedy Festival award-winning Jason Marion.
You may recognise Annie from the 2021 Opening Night Allstars Supershow, as a presenter on ABC TV’s China Tonight and as the host of Channel 31’s Rediscover Victoria. She can be heard regularly on ABC Radio.
