Come on a Drawing Trail

Explore how drawing can be used as a way of thinking about what you see and experience in the world. Using a variety of materials and techniques, kids are guided through a series of drawing investigations that focus on the processes of art-making and responding.

Gympie based artist, Henna Halonen works as a Primary school teacher and Arts Specialist, and teaches Arts Education practices and Curriculum studies at USC. Henna has a background and qualifications in Visual Arts, Drama, and Education. Always curious and learning, Henna takes an interdisciplinary approach to her arts practice, and designing workshops in and with the arts.

Workshops are facilitated by experienced artists/educators.
Please dress for messy play.
