Frances Madden & Band: Beautiful World Album Launch

We are delighted to welcome one of Australia’s most talented young singer-songwriters and piano players to present her show ‘Beautiful World’, featuring songs from the album of the same name recently released by ABC Music.

A year in the making, the album was produced by ARIA Award-winning maestro Chong Lim AM (John Farnham, Olivia Newton John). Head of ABC Music Natalie Waller believes the ‘wonderful original songs on this new crossover album have the potential to influence the mainstream music scene’. The album resulted in five nominations for Frances in this year’s Australian Songwriters Awards. This show will also feature a selection of unique covers and classics.

Frances performs at major jazz and contemporary music festivals as well as playing to capacity audiences at premier venues around Australia. She has performed with the great James Morrison and shared the bill with leading international artists including Dionne Warwick and Gregory Porter -- as well as touring internationally in her own right, including headlining at the JZ Club in Shanghai.

With a nod to her jazz roots, Beautiful World will also appeal to Frances’ growing adult contemporary following in Australia and overseas – the album will also be released by Universal Music in Japan in early 2022.
