Join business leaders and HR professionals from the not-for-profit sector for this interactive learning and networking session proudly hosted by MinterEllison.

In the wake of a new Government, new WHS Act and an everchanging HR/IR landscape, we are pleased to announce this "HR/IR Action Shot 2022" seminar will be presented by Robert Malcolm and Kenyon Lee. See below our guest speaker profiles and details of what the seminar will provide.

Robert is an Associate in MinterEllison's Workplace team. Robert practices in industrial relations and employment law, with a particular interest in enterprise bargaining, award application and advising on compliance risk. He has recently advised organisations, and made applications in the Fair Work Commission regarding enterprise agreement terminations, variations and good faith bargaining principals. Prior to joining MinterEliison he worked as an industrial relations advisor in a highly unionised organisation, and at Deloitte where he assisted with industrial relations advice in the context of large corporate underpayments and enforceable undertaking negotiations between ASX listed companies and the Fair Work Ombudsman.

Kenyon is a Lawyer in MinterEllison's Workplace team. Kenyon practices across a broad range of areas, including employment law, workplace health and safety, equal opportunity, discrimination, and harassment. Kenyon has recently represented employers in defending unfair dismissal applications, assisted organisations in enterprise bargaining, carried out health and safety audits & reviews, and provided a range of advice relating to the management of employees. Prior to working at MinterEllison, Kenyon worked for the Employment Law Centre of WA (now, Circle Green Community Legal) delivering employment law advice to Western Australian workers.
