Over two weekends from 19-27 August, INDance will feature independent dance works created and performed by independent Australian artists.

Selected by an industry panel led by Artistic Director Rafael Bonachela, four incredible dance makers have been chosen for this year’s program – Lilian Steiner, Prue Lang, Natalie Allen and Rhiannon Newton.  

Supported by Sydney Dance Company and City of Sydney, this is a unique opportunity to witness diverse and innovative works from the independent dance sector that reflect the contemporary Australian landscape.

Program
Taking place in the new Neilson Studio at Sydney Dance Company, the program runs across a Friday and Saturday evening for two weeks from 19-27 August.

WEEK ONE - Fri 19 and Sat 20 August
6.30pm - Siren Dance, Lilian Steiner
8.15pm - CASTILLO, Prue Lang

WEEK TWO - Fri 26 and Sat 27 August
6.30pm - Julia, Natalie Allen
8.15pm - Explicit Contents, Rhiannon Newton
