Create some inner space and watch the clouds go by as you salute to the sun at The Island Gold Coast’s new yoga class by our friends at Essence of Living, Mermaid Beach.

Everyone is welcome, and invited to enjoy a Pool Deck experience after class, which includes a health smoothie, protein ball and towel, for cooling off and enjoying a refreshing swim.
