Kids’ Mindful & Playful Watercolours

A lovely shared experience for both child and parent/grandparent to spend some quality 1:1 time together during this class facilitated by Anna, registered teacher and Member Yoga Australia specialising in Yoga Nidrā and the Arts for families.

During this session experience a resting mini yoga Nidrā meditation session where you’ll use your breath and body awareness techniques and strategies to bring you to a gradual state of deep relaxation.

This session is followed by a story and fun guided Art class using black felt pen markers and watercolours with inspiration taken from the group and storybook. Please bring a blanket and pillow for the sleepy resting part. All Art supplies included. Bring water bottle and healthy snack to enjoy during painting session.

Suitable for kids aged 4-12 years.

$25 covers both child & parent/grandparent together.
Everyone gets to take home their own A3 sized watercolour painting.
