Liza Ohlback & her band the Mercy Train will be playing at the legendary Manly Fig - now situated in the SEAFORTH BOWLING CLUB! Liza's blend of Southern Styled Soulful Blues/ New Orleans Jazz and Gospel, has seen her become a force on the Sydney Blues scene, winning 3 chain awards and 3 albums topping the charts, and her last CD Mercy Train also topped the American roots and Blues charts and the int Blues and roots charts. She toured Australia as the lead in the Janis Joplin Theatre rockumentary and is a founding member of the first ladies of Soul!! She brings a band full of the cream of Sydney's blues scene, including her husband Greg Ohlback and a mighty brass section to boot!
