Reiki Level One

Usui Reiki Level One is the beginning of a journey into self-discovery and self-empowerment. Through four modules of study, you will discover how to become deeply centred in the heart and develop an awareness of energy.

Reiki Level One participants will:
- Increase your intuition
- Develop an understanding of the Principles of Reiki and origins of Usui Reiki
- Receive a comprehensive course facilitated by an accredited Reiki Master Teacher, and educator with thirteen years of teaching experience
- Learn powerful techniques to balance, cleanse, align your energy body and chakras to improve your health and wellbeing
- Receive four in-person attunements. These are gentle processes, passed from a Reiki Master Teacher, to enable you to use Reiki. Each attunement is embedded within a different meditation, which Meredith has written specifically for Level One students.
- Learn self-care tools and how to ground and protect your energy field
- Be a part of a small group engaging in discussion, meditation, reflection and practical application of taught skills.

Our Reiki Level One course, program and comprehensive student workbook has been submitted, reviewed and approved by the International Institute of Complimentary Therapies (IICT). This is an international regulatory body for complementary therapies.

Reiki Level One study, through Wellbeing Arc, is internationally recognised by IICT. Upon completing the required standards for the course, a certificate is awarded.

Course includes:
- Accredited Reiki One hand-signed certificate upon completion of ten hours of training
- Ongoing support through Arc Academy
- A detailed course workbook to support your Reiki practice
- Vegan lunch, snacks and local tea from Tea Tribe will be provided
