Sandringham Twilight Yoga - Autumn Series

Yoga is the perfect way to unwind after a busy day, and what better location than Sandy beach at sunset!

Make the most of mild Autumn weather with our Twilight Yoga classes on the foreshore!

We'll be back beside iconic Sandringham Band Rotunda for six weeks at the start of Autumn - every Thursday at 6:30pm from 3 March - 7 April 2022.

Find balance in your body and mind, with a 45 minute yoga class and enjoy a beachside stroll or grab dinner/ drinks from one of the great local eateries for a happy belly too!

No previous experience necessary. Come and give it a try!

BYO yoga mat - sunscreen, mozzie repellent and water.

Places are limited to 25 people per class - get in quick to reserve your spot! Limit of 2 tickets per person.

This is a COVID Safe event. To help keep everyone safe and healthy, registered attendees will be required to check in via the event QR code and present their covid vaccination certificate upon arrival.

Please maintain 1.5m distance from other participants wherever possible - face masks are optional outdoors but not essential.
