Songs For A Muse

Songs for a Muse is the final recital of the three-part series presented by State Opera South Australia. Composer Franz Liszt was captivated and inspired by the great operas of Verdi, and by his relationship with French courtesan Marie Duplessis, the real La traviata. Virtuoso pianist Konstantin Shamray showcases Liszt’s music in a passionate recital with guest soprano Fiona McArdle - another stunning array of opera and classical music talent.
