Acu-yoga combines the practice of restorative asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing) with specific acupuncture points to promote relaxation, reduce stress, balance the yin and yang energies of the body and enhance health and wellness. The frequencies from the crystal bowls retune the body, as sound is physical, the sound waves retune and return your energy and physicality to a state of balance.
