Sydney’s Most Luxurious Long Sunday Brunch series will launch Sunday 14th August. The brunch will be held every Sunday from 11:30 am - 4:30 pm and promises to be an unforgettable experience, inspired by the all-day dining culture found in Asia and Europe. With all dietaries and curiosities catered for, you can assemble the whole crew and catch up over endless rounds and oyster shots, all while having a boogie to the upbeat tempos of soulful live musicians and DJs.

The Feast boasts a 5-star (literally), central location in the heart of Sydney's CBD with a striking Hyde Park Garden view. Get ready for a seriously sophisticated Sunday, as you prepare to be transported to the ultimate grown-ups' playground.

The festivities begin in The Conservatory Bar with a Bloody Mary or Spritz, before moving into The Feast Restaurant to be greeted by a bottomless live seafood bar with freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters, Tiger Prawns, Balmain Bugs, and Blue Swimmer Crabs for seafood lovers. For those who prefer their seafood wrapped in nori - opt for Temaki Sushi, Onigiri or Dragon Roll with ponzu, pickled ginger and wasabi to boot.

Alongside a dazzling buffet, you’ll find several live cooking stations. Interact with your private chefs as they prepare even more delicious food to order. Shimmy up to the Peking Duck counter for classic duck pancake with hoisin and spring onion or creamy laksa with fresh noodles and your choice of proteins and tofu. Dive into one or all of the dedicated live counters - The Waffle Station, ‘Eggs Your Way’ (we suggest Poached with Truffle Hollandaise), The Vegan Butchery, Sunday Carvery, The Cheese Counter, and of course the live Pasta Bar where chef will be serving fresh fettuccine or linguine tossed with all your favourite rich and salty Italiano condiments and sauces.

All of this can, of course, be followed by (or preceded by) a visit to the unadulterated desserts bar, set under an expansive glass atrium, across metres of stone-top counter. Dip whatever you can find into a cascading milk chocolate fountain and take in the impressive presentation of Fresh Fruits, Pecan Tart, Lemon Myrtle Gin Berry Martini, Triple Chocolate Cake and what brunch is complete without a Tiramisu?
