Celebrate the music of Italy with Viva Italia at Preston City Hall on Thursday January 27 (7.30pm) featuring Italo-Australian singer and Tenor, Paul Ettore Tabone and Opera Star and Soprano, Rachael Stellacci.

Viva Italia is a musical celebration of the best songs and music Italy has exported, from Opera and Neapolitan Songs as well as a collection of songs by Andrea Bocelli, Ennio Morricone and Il Volo. Arias such as “Lucevan Le Stelle”, “O Mio Babbino Caro” and “O Soave Fanciulla” to Italian Classic hits like “The Prayer”, “Vivere”, “Un Amore Cosi Grande” and much more.

The two-hour concert will also feature Sue Goessling (piano), Ross Talarico (Piano Accordion), Australia's only premier Modern Taranta-pop and traditional Italian folk music Troupe, The Rustica Project and the prestigious Veneto Club Men’s Choir conducted by the Italian-born, Giuliano Di Ienno. London-based actress and singer, Bella Bevan, will also feature as a special guest singer. Bella is a unique hybrid of lyrical soprano and mezzo belter and is best known for her musical theatre/classical crossover work which includes having created two one-woman cabarets: ‘No Walls’ and ‘Who’s That Girl’ with her most notable theatre credit being her performance as Mae West in the critically acclaimed musical ‘Better Than Sex’ at the London’s Cockpit Theatre in 2021. Rachael was also the Principal Soloist for the World Renowned Martina Franca Opera Festival and Soloist for the Puccini Foundation of Lucca.

Direct from London’s glittering West End where he starred in the Andrew Lloyd Webber production of Phantom of the Opera, Paul Tabone is a recognised Tenor of the Luciano Pavarotti Foundation, has been dubbed “Australia’s own Andrea Bocelli” and released his debut album ‘This Is Me’, which topped the Classical Music Charts in Australia, United Kingdom and the USA.

Rachael Stellacci is a much-loved performer in Italy, having fallen in love with the beauty of Italian Opera after completing her Opera Singing Degree at the Conservatory of Bologna and having further studied at the prestigious Accademia del Belcanto ‘Rodolfo Celletti’. Australian-born, Rachael now performs around the world as a Soprano sharing her great love for Italy and strives to share the Italian culture through her singing and her experience of making a life in stunning Livorno, Tuscany.
