Heartfulness Institute Australia, UN Association of Australia (NSW and QLD divisions) and International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA) Australia have united to present the best of Yoga – Asana, Pranayama and Meditation practices, a holistic approach to health and well-being of all Australians.
12 practical sessions and wisdom sessions will be offered online via zoom and YouTube channels. There will be Face to Face events across Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.
