Developing Confidence, Impact and Authority for Women Leader

This master class is geared to give new leaders the Exceptional Leader Experience to excel in both behavior and tools. Often contributors are promoted to leadership due to their exceptional outcomes or being expert in some area of their work. Suddenly they are catapulted to lead others who are now doing their work. There is a natural dichotomy they are expected to overcome: “If I engage others to do my work, what’s my new role?” Due to the rapidly changing professional landscape there is little time to address this within the current workday. In the leveling up transition, often it is the most successful who experience imposter syndrome.

This master class will give them experiential knowledge of how-to level up while naming and claiming their own authentic brand of leadership. Taking this one day to educate leader and solve the imposter syndrome changes the trajectory of that leader’s success, as well as impacting the culture of confidence within the organization.
