Welcome spring with a luxurious long lunch at Martina in Rose Bay. In partnership with renowned French rosé producers—Miraval, Sieur D'Arques, Lyv Rosé, and Domaine De La Croix Le Cap—Martina brings Sydneysiders a Mediterranean-inspired dining experience infused with French elegance.
Curated by Flávio Carnevale, owner of Martina, the Rosé Bay menu blends the rich flavours of Italian cuisine with the finest French rosés. This four-course lunch features dishes such as Caprese salad, Linguine Crab, Pesce, and Raspberry Trifle, each thoughtfully paired with a premium rosé. The experience costs $107 per person, including wine pairings.
