South West Japan Festival

The South West Festival of Japan is back for its seventh year!
Join us in celebrating everything Japan, from lantern festivals to cooking classes, anime and manga workshops to artist exhibitions, film festivals and the (highly anticipated!) annual stamp rally!

Our signature events (Floating Lantern Festival and Matsuri Day) are being combined into one convenient weekend for our Perth attendees, and the City of Busselton are bringing new events to the Busselton region to celebrate their relationship with Sugito.

Throughout the two weeks we'll be running cooking demonstrations with Peko Peko, hosting another highly anticipated Japanese fine dining experience at Yarri Restaurant (date to come!), bringing the iconic Japanese Sushi Train along the Busselton Jetty back, and holding workshops at Origins Markets and locations throughout Bunbury.
