Tattersall Folk & Roots, Martin Lee Cropper & Lötti’s Potion

Perth Folk and Roots Club is back in central Perth at Tattersalls Folk and Roots at the Tattersalls Bowling and Recreation Club on Thursday 11th July 2024 with the support of the City of Perth and of the Tattersalls Bowling and Recreation Club. The performances are from 6pm to 9pm at Tattersalls Bowling and Recreation Club, 2 Plain Street, Perth. For this event, Perth Folk and Roots Club has Martin Lee Cropper and Lötti’s Potion. Events are free and meals are available through The Plain Street Kitchen, the in-house caterer who will be providing meals for the event. Martin Lee Cropper is a hill country blues musician originally from the hills south of Bridgetown. Martin has a love of 1920's & 30's country blues. Martin Lee Cropper has produced an album called Bridgetown Hill Country Blues with fourteen tracks and is active playing around Western Australia including recent shows for Caves House Hotel, Margaret River Brewhouse, and the Albany Boatshed Markets. Lötti’s Potion features Suzie Thompson on vocals and ukulele, Erik Kowarski on violin, and John Perry on double bass. They feature sultry vocals and the band’s repertoire include some traditional arrangements of blues and swing songs that will have you reminiscing as well as their own original songs.
