Variety Is Back, Baby

Wild Voices Music Theatre is a voice and piano studio based in Dickson, inside a purpose-built, architect-designed building wrapped around the magnificent oak tree that gives the venue its name. Kim Harvey and Roland Hector, the building owners, made a special space for WVMT inside their building and this has allowed us to thrive and grow there since we moved in at the end of 2018. Students range from 8 years to those in their 70s, and are studying music for many reasons – for pleasure, to keep the brain active, as skills development, and, in many cases, because they wish to have a professional life in the arts.

Every year we present a showcase of our work, and every year we aim to build a concert that will surprise, delight, entertain and move our audience. Singing, dancing, acting, playing the piano - solos, duets, ensembles - in a genre-busting program. Dianna Nixon, celebrating 20 years of professional practice in this region this year, will curate this event and accompany on piano.
