Join Dr Margaret Faulkner from the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science for an interactive webinar hosted by the Not-for-Profit SIG. The Institute’s research often challenges long-held beliefs about how brands grow and strategies for effective communication.

You can help shape the areas covered in this webinar by sharing your beliefs. You will be asked to complete the a survey to indicate if you agree/disagree with the eight statements. The survey also has an open text box for you to share details on what branding or communication challenges you face.

Aggregated results will be shared and discussed in the webinar, focusing on areas where beliefs are contrary to what our evidence shows and why concepts such as Double Jeopardy are important to understand when evaluating results.

Speaker Details: DR MARGARET FAULKNER
Senior Marketing Scientist, Ehrenberg-Bass Institute

Margaret's research examines non-profit and commercial brands, with a focus on charity support and non-profit brand management. Her research with clients and colleagues at the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute demonstrates the importance of an evidence-based approach to grow brands to avoid wasting precious resources on ineffective marketing practices.

Her work has been published in a range of outlets, including the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Advertising Research, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Brand Management, the Nonprofit & Voluntary Sector Quarterly, International Journal of Market Research, Marketing Letters, Journal of Product & Brand Management and the Australasian Marketing Journal.
