​Starting with relaxing guided mindfulness, to help us zone out of our everyday anxiety.
To peaceful prompts, encouraging us to explore playing with paint.​

​This is just creative expression, in an intuitive, abstract way.
Remember you are doing what YOU feel, there is no right or wrong.

​You will be using our materials & equipment on the day, to be left behind in the studio.
We will provide you with a 30cm x 30cm canvas panel, for you to create your work of art on and proudly take home with you.

Beginners Welcome:
Don't worry if you have never really painted or "don't have an artistic bone in your body." This is all about developing a deeper understanding of your individuality, accepting yourself just as you are. Building self-esteem & boosting your general well-being. The goal is to stop the "brain buzz" and find inner peace.

​Artist's Refreshing Retreat:
If you are already an arty person, as well as all the health benefits, it can also be very useful for loosening up & clearing artist's block. Stopping judgmental thoughts. It is reinvigorating, re-firing your imagination.

Great way for everyone to mellow out & discover the soothing nature of Creative Relaxation.
