From 21 to 23 February, the Kingston Arts Precinct hosts Moorabbin Music + Arts, a vibrant celebration of live music, art, and family-friendly activities. This accessible and affordable festival supports local talent with an exciting program of free and low-cost events.

The live music program features diverse performances, including indie-folk duo Tristan Heath and Harley Luscombe, DJ Glow’s Afro beats, and Wild Gloriosa’s soulful fusion on 21 February. On 22 February, enjoy jazz from Harry James Angus Duo, Fulton Street’s funky grooves, and Grand WaZoo’s Motown classics. The festival concludes on 23 February with Amaru Tribe’s Latin-electronic beats and 100 Women 100 Stories, a powerful performance celebrating women’s voices.

Two free art exhibitions run throughout the weekend. Déjà Vu by Mark Forbes explores memory and time through striking photography, while Noitsuahxe by Nahbananas reflects on environmental fragility with immersive sculptures and video art.

Families can enjoy interactive activities like Chromatica’s kaleidoscope wheels, Art Tree’s nature-inspired creativity, face painting on 22 February, and The Plants music experience on 23 February. Moorabbin Music + Arts offers something for everyone, celebrating Victoria’s creativity and culture.
