Morning Memories -The Great American Song Book

Our July concert falls on Friday 4 July, which happens to be American Independance Day. The Great American Song Book will feature music from some of the important American composers from times gone by. On the mighty Wurlitzer you will hear Richard Larritt with a selection from the favourite Irving Berlin musical, Annie Get Your Gun. Again from the Wurlitzer, Brian Smedley will present an interesting journey through the ages of American music. Joining us for the first time is award winning Chinese operatic soprano who will present some of her favourite melodies. Then to finish off the show, Ukelishus, the ukelele trio returns to the Capri stage with their spin on American and other music. Probably a sing a long too. Bookings are now open for this musical celebration.
