Barney Street Band in April Market Sunday Concert

TheMusic on a Market Sunday concert on 27 April at 12;30pm in the Uniting Church Features the Barney Street Band. The music of Barney Street Band and Friends is all original. They are influenced by rhythms from Africa, the Middle East and Europe, with a touch of jazz and a bit of Celtic. Their instruments are fiddle, ukuleles, guitars, djembe, darabuka, tongue drums and assorted bells and shakers. They will be playing a selection of 8 or 9 of their sweet and melodic tunes. This is a great opportunity to hear a fascinating local group with some beguiling music.

Admission to the concert is free, though donations are encouraged. Tea and suad=sages will eb available at the Uniting Church before the concert.
