Eligibility

This offer is available to first-time Healthstin clients only.
Open only to NDIS Participants (self-managed or plan-managed).
An approved NDIS referral, or evidence of funding, must be provided before booking.


Booking and Availability

Offer is valid from 20 November to 20 December 2025, or until all allocated spots are filled.
Applies to clinic-based appointments only and is subject to therapist and facility availability.
Bookings must be scheduled in advance. No walk-ins will be accepted.
