Acting for education is an entirely different form of ‘performance’ for most actors. Training as
a Simulated Patient is a great opportunity to expand your performance knowledge, and could
lead to employment in a growing and rewarding field.

Facilitator Libby Harrison is the owner of Add Lib Casting and has worked as a Role Playing
Actor in multiple environments since 2004. Libby spent ten years at Griffith University where
she ran their Simulated Patient program, recruiting, training and managing 200 actors.
She coordinated Griffith’s landmark 10 credit point course - 2002MED Introduction to Human
Patient Simulation.
Libby is coming to Melbourne to conduct this dynamic and interactive training after
facilitating workshops in Qld since 2010.
