The Moth StorySLAM: DIRT

The Moth StorySLAM is a monthly open-mic storytelling event, where everyday people share personal, true stories on stage, without notes.

The theme for this month's slam is DIRT: Prepare a five-minute story about what lies beneath. Squalor, smut, muck and mire. Air your dirty laundry and don't leave out the filthy details. Your time spent in flower beds, quicksand, or the pigsty. The spade sinking into gravelly ground. The muddy footprints on the pristine white carpet. X marks the spot. What will you unearth? Buried treasure, lurid gossip, or a big orange carrot. Talk dirty to us!

Tickets ($22.39 + transaction fee) available online until 7.30pm Wednesday 2 July. Limited door sales (cash only) on the night if not sold out online. Howler is an 18+ venue.
