Sleep Sundays is a 45-minute deep sleep meditation session designed to help you unwind, release stress, and drift into natural, restorative sleep. This calming Sunday night experience combines gentle breathwork, guided deep-sleep meditation, body awareness, and energy-calming practices to quiet the mind and relax the body before bedtime.
Unlike Yoga Nidra, which is a conscious yogic sleep practice, Sleep Sundays is intentionally crafted to help you actually fall asleep. It is a dedicated space to slow down, soften the nervous system, and transition into deep, uninterrupted rest.
