The Homebake Comedy Stage is back this year, its line-up announced today, including some of Australia's most popular comedians as well as some hilarious emerging new talent.
The Homebake Comedy Stage premiered at the 2011 Homebake and was a stellar success, adding an extra dimension to the plenthora of Australian and New Zealand music, film and other activities the festival showcases.
Presented by the Sydney Comedy Festival, the stage's inclusion in the festival is intended to help contribute to the developing comedy scene in the country and have a positive impact on the growth of the industry.
The line-up includes:
- Benny Davis (The Human Jukebox)
- Nice Kicks (Steen Raskopoulos and Susie Youssef)
- Laura Hughes
More acts to be announced. Homebake is at The Domain in Sydney's Royal Botanic Garden on Saturday 8 December 2012. Tickets are now on sale.
