Gourmet foodies can feast their eyes upon the beginning of Melbourne's Food and Wine Gastronomy Program for next year which was released today with a stuffed full of delicious, original and informative events.
The Langham Melbourne MasterClass Weekend is a sumptous affair, with classes on being at one with the Earth when cooking, lessons in wine matching, chefs revealing the secrets that has made them premier in their field and a forum on new and revolutionary concepts of creating the perfect meal.
The full festival program will be released on 1 February 2013.
Festival subscribers can snag tickets through a two-day pre-sale from 9am, Monday 22 October.
