Craig Robinson Australian Tour

Roll with laughter while pleasing your ears with music as Craig Robinson, best known to Australian audiences through his numerous and highly regarded comedy appearances and comedic acting roles in film and television over several years, is now all set for his eagerly awaited first Australian tour.

Craig Robinson will kick the tour off in Perth, before heading to Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide. He will wrap up the tour in Brisbane.

Giving life to the character of Darryl Philbin in the Emmy Award winning USA version of The Office (now in its 9th season), Craig has also appeared in hilarious films such as Hot Tub Machine produced by and co-starring John Cusack, This Is The End co starring with Jonah Hill and Seth Rogen (who also produced and directed), PineappleExpress alongside Seth Rogen and James Franco and Zack and Miri with Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks.

Craig was also the voice behind some animated feature movies including Escape from the Planet Earth and the final film in the Shrek franchise, Shrek Forever After. Craig’s additional film credits include The Goods with Jeremy Piven, Miss March,Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story and Tyler Perry’s Daddys Little Girl. Craig will star in a lead role in a new comedy We the Peeples produced by Tyler Perry later this year. He has also been seen on The Jimmy Kimmel Show, Real Time with Bill Maher. Friends, The Bernie Mac Show and Curb Your Enthusiasm.

As a stand up comedian, Chicago born Craig first smeared the comedy circuit with his name at the 1998 Montreal Just For Laughs festival. He soon went on to perform his act on The Jimmy Kimmel Show and Real Time with Bill Maher. Now, he does both solo acts as well as full band sets tying together his lyrical comedy with his accomplished skills at the keyboard, headlining venues and festivals across the US. Whether Craig shows up with just his keyboard or with his seven-man band, the clubs are packed to the brim with Craig receiving raucous laughter in response to his musical comedy wit.

Tickets go on sale this Tuesday April 19 at 9am.

This first Australian tour will fuse together Craig Robinson’s one-of-a-kind comedy and musical talents with his band The Nasty Delicious. A perfect combination of stand up and music comedy, this show is one that's not to be missed.
